Sutro Pool Pro Concierge Overview
Our Pool Pro Concierge Service will have a certified pool professional review your water testing and treatment history monthly to ensure you’re on track to the perfect pool you can take pride in.
Each month, our team of licensed pool professionals will send you a monthly health and wellness check based on your Smart Monitor measurements. During this check-up, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions (via email) should you have any.
During the month, if we (or you) notice something is going astray, we’ll have one of our pros take a look and help you figure out what’s wrong. Rest assured that when you use Sutro, you have more than just the best water testing robot on the market -- you have the experience of a certified pool and spa professionals ensuring that everything is taken care of.
We’ll also be right with you during open and closing to ensure that both of those go smoothly. If you need assistance in closing or opening your pool, we can help find a certified Sutro Pool Professional in your area to help out.
Are You a Customer?
Our Pool Pro Concierge Service is for customers who might want a little extra help managing their pool or spa. All our Pros are certified pool professionals that will review your measurements and provide a monthly health and wellness assessment via email. If we (or you) see something astray during the month, we’ll have one of our certified pool pros take a look and provide expert advice on how to fix it via email. All the recommendations and advice can also be accessed via our Smart Water Ecosystem portal that each customer has access to.
Are You a Pool Pro?
Earn extra money and new customers by being a Sutro Pool Pro. Our Pool Pro Concierge Service is tailored to help our Smart Monitor customers troubleshoot any pool problems they have. As a Sutro Pro, you’ll be asked to assess a customer’s measurement history and provide valuable insights into how they can maintain a perfect pool.
All interactions are done via email and at your own pace via a Pool Pro Portal. If a customer needs additional on-site help, then you’ll get the referral (if you’re local).
