This tutorial will explain how to view and set up appointments using the appointment section under suture essential. You can also do the same thing in the customer profile under appointments as well.
Go to partners.mysutro.com
1. Click "Appointments"
In the left hand navigation bar click appointments
2. View Upcoming Appointments
The appointment screen will default to the upcoming appointments. You will be able to see the name, phone number, the pool name (and this is the nickname of the customer's pool that they are choosing), the type (whether it's to talk to a technician or to drop off water). There are also able to take a test or remove the test if the customer calls to cancel.
3. Search for customers who have upcoming appointments
On this page, you can search for any customers that have upcoming appointments.
4. View past tests
You can also click on past to view any past appointments and you'll see that it has the same information as the upcoming one.
5. Make New Appointment
If you'd like to make a new appointment click make new appointment.
6. Search for the customer
Search for the customer's account and click on the correct customer.
7. Confirm customer information and click "Continue"
Confirm the customer information and then click continue.
8. Select the pool or spa that the customer would like to test, then click Continue.
Select the pool or spa that the customer came in to test and then click continue.
9. Select appointment type and then click Continue.
Select whether the customer wants to drop off their water for testing or if they want to talk to a technician and then click continue.
10. Select the appointment date and time
Select the date and time for the appointment and then click continue. The available times here can be updated and managed by the pool store administrators.
11. Confirm the appointment
Click confirm to confirm the appointment.
12. Click "Close"
Once the appointment is confirmed. It will give you a brief summary then you can click close.
13. The new appointment will show up on the appointments screen

14. Click "Take test"
When the customer comes in for their appointment, you can navigate to the appointment screen and click take a test.
15. Click here
This will take you through the regular take a test screens.
16. Remove appointments
You also have the option to remove an appointment if the customer cancels.
