You may run into an issue where the 'Forgot Password' button isn't working, and instead the Sutro app is taking you to a webpage that asks you to "Download the Sutro app" again even though you already have it downloaded.
This usually only happens on Android! iPhone shouldn't have this issue.
SOLUTION
On your Android phone, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Phone Settings
- Scroll down and locate 'Apps'
- Click on 'Choose Default App'
- Open 'Links'
- Click on 'Sutro'
- Select 'Supported Web Addresses'
- Toggle On
