How to add a pool or spa to a customer profile

This tutorial will show you how to add a pool or Spa to an existing customer.

In the left side navigation bar, click View Customers.

In the search bar, search for the customer.

Click View/Edit to open their profile.

On the right hand side. Click the Add a Pool/Spa link.

Choose if you want to add a pool or a spa.

Add a nickname and then click continue. The nickname could be something simple like pool or spa, or it could be more specific like vacation home spa or vacation home pool.

Complete the rest of the Water Profile. The type and nickname will auto-populate based on what was entered in the previous screen. You can enter a sanitizer and the volume and then any optional sanitizing systems.

If the customer doesn't know the volume of their pool, you can click help me calculate the volume.

Select the pool shape.

Enter in the dimensions of the customer's pool or spa. These Dimensions will change based on the pool shape that you choose. You're also able to choose between feet or meters. Once completed click submit.

This will calculate your pool volume click OK, and this number will auto-populate in the profile.

Next complete the chemical profile. The chemical profile may vary based on if a customer has a pool or a spa.

The chemical product group drop-down is determined by the Admin and is able to be updated on the admin side.

Finally complete the equipment profile then click submit the equipment profile may vary based on if the user has a pool or a spa.

Congratulations a new Spa has been created click continue to return to the customer's profile.
