This tutorial will navigate through the ClearCare View Customer screen.
Go to ClearCare Login URL
1. Click "View Customers"
In the navigation bar on the left hand side click view customers.
2. Search for the customer
From here, you can search the customers in the search bar.
3. Click "View/Edit"
Once you identify the customer, you can click the view or edit button.
4. Profile
You can view their first name, last name, phone number, and email. You can also make any changes here and then click save changes.
5. Homes, Pools, and Spas view
The next section will show the user's home and the ability to edit it. It will also show the Pools and Spas associated with that home.
6. Edit home information
If you'd like to edit the home information click on the edit icon next to their home name.
7. Update home information
Update the necessary information and then click submit.
8. Click "View Details"
You can also view all of the pools or Spas associated with this customer. Click view details to go into that particular pool or Spa.
9. If a customer only has one pool or spa, you will not see the previous screens but it will go straight here.
If the customer only has one pool or Spa then instead of the previous screen shown it will go straight to the view details of their pool or spa.
10. Update any information in the water, chemical, and equipment profiles.
This will take you back to their water, chemical, and equipment profile and you can update any information here.
11. Recent Tests
You can also view or edit their recent tests, edit, or resend them. You can also take a test from this screen or view all of the tests.
12. Click "View All Tests"
Select the option to "View All Tests"
13. View All Tests
If you click view all tests, it will show their entire testing history.
14. Click "View / Edit"
You can view or edit a specific test.
15. View/Edit results and recommendations
If you do want to view or edit the results, it will take you back to the recommendation screen.
16. Resend recommendations
If you'd like to resend the recommendations, you can choose how to send it to the customer.
And that takes you through the entire customer profile.
