This tutorial will show how to add a customer.
Go to ClearCare Login URL
1. Navigate to the dashboard
Navigate to the dashboard.
2. Click "Add Customer"
Click Add Customer
3. Enter the required information, and click Continue
Enter in the first name, last name, phone number, and email of the customer then click continue.
4. Enter in a nickname for the home.
Enter in the home nickname. Most of the time this could just be "Home". If the customer has more than one home that they're testing water for, this could also be something like "Parent's House" or "My Vacation Home".
5. Enter in the customer's address and click continue
Enter in the customer's address and then click continue.
6. Select whether they have a pool or a spa, provide a nickname, and click Continue.
Select whether they have a polar spa and then provide a nickname and click continue here. The nickname could also be "Parent's Pool" or "Parent's Spa" or just "Pool" or "Spa".
7. Choose the pool sanitizer
Choose the pool sanitizer from the drop-down.
8. Enter in the pool volume
If the customer knows their volume enter it in here.
9. If you need help calculating the volume, click "Help me calculate the volume"
If they need help calculating their volume, you can click the help me calculate the volume link.
10. Choose the pool shape
If they do need help calculating the volume click on the pull shape that best matches the customer's pool.
11. Enter the dimensions and click submit
Enter in the length width and depth and then click submit. You are also able to choose whether you want to enter in feet or meters.
12. The calculated volume will be displayed, click OK
This will show the calculated volume go ahead and click. Okay, and it will auto-populate back into the volume field.
13. Choose an additional sanitizing system (optional)
You have the option to choose an additional sanitizing system. If the customer doesn't have an additional system you can leave this part blank.
14. Complete the chemical profile
Use the dropdowns to complete the chemical profile. This section here can change based on the sanitizer chosen and based on if the user has a pool or a spa.
15. The Chemical Product Group options can be edited in the Admin settings
In the chemical profile the chemical product group options are able to be edited in the admin settings.
16. Complete the equipment profile
Complete the equipment profile
17. Click "Submit"
Click submit
18. Customer created
This will create a customer profile for them. You can click take a test from here or you can go back to the dashboard.
