At Sutro, we understand that accuracy and reliability are vital when it comes to monitoring your water’s chemistry. That’s why we’re proud to share that the Sutro Monitor is undergoing the rigorous process of NSF certification, a gold standard in product testing and compliance!
Why is NSF Certification Important?
Choosing an NSF-certified product ensures that it meets the highest standards for performance, safety, and reliability. The certification process includes extensive product testing, material analysis, and unannounced plant inspections. Overall, NSF certification provides you peace of mind, knowing that the Sutro Monitor is held to the most stringent standards in the industry.
Sutro’s Path to an L1 Certification
At Sutro, delivering the highest level of accuracy (L1) is a top priority. Through extensive internal testing, our device has demonstrated L1 accuracy across 4 key water parameters: pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, and bromine. This was done through a testing procedure and chemical ranges adhering to NSF 50 certification standards. As a result, we have full confidence that the Sutro Monitor will achieve L1 NSF certification for all parameters once the formal certification process is complete.
What’s Next?
While the NSF certification process is underway, we’re actively refining our manufacturing process to ensure even greater reliability and consistency in our readings. This fine-tuning reinforces our commitment to providing you with a device you can trust to deliver the highest level of accuracy in water monitoring.
At Sutro, your confidence in our product is our top priority. The Sutro Monitor is already setting a new standard in water monitoring, and with NSF certification on the horizon, you can rest assured knowing you’re using a product that is not only innovative but also certified to perform at the highest level.
Stay tuned for updates as we progress through the NSF certification process! If you have any questions about the Sutro Monitor or the certification process, feel free to reach out to our team.
