    This procedure does not work. I tried it about a dozen times. My setup failed but the hub was connected to wifi. I eventually was able to change the device LED status to flashing green by holding down both buttons. I probably bricked it.

    Same here; charges no problem but no white light. One would think that at the price one pays for a product like there, that quality might be a little better. Ha! Looks like its back to the pool store with a water sample.

    Same here. I've been trying to reset for a week and support has been non existent.
