Reconnecting Sutro Monitor and Hub

    I have tried to pair the hub and monitor 3 times now over the last several days with no success!  I cannot get the light on the monitor to blink.  What do I do now?

    Our Sutro Monitor stopped testing the water. The Sutro app says the hub is connected to the internet but not connected to the monitor. We tried to reconnect the Monitor and it will not work. The light does not go on when pressed. Tried many times. Changed out battery with fully charged battery and same issue.  We even tried a hard reset of the hub and monitor.  Look like the monitor is dead, what are next steps?
