Sutro App Version 1.10 allows users to change only the battery when necessary. Previously, cartridge and battery replacement were tied together. The app will now provide instructions to the user for the appropriate path based on current battery and cartridge levels.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- The app will check the remaining test cartridge levels when entering service mode to determine if only the battery needs to be changed
- The app will more consistently present when a Monitor "needs service" anytime battery is below 25% or the cartridge has less than 15 tests remaining
What’s New:
- As a user, I can do a Battery only service and avoid replacing a cartridge due to a dead battery
- As a user, I am shown instructions on how to complete a battery only service
