How and when will I receive my cartridges from my subscription?

With your initial purchase, you will receive you first cartridge.  Each cartridge lasts approximately 30 days, then every month a new cartridge will be sent to you.  The cartridges will go to the same address that the Sutro was sent. 

If for any reason you need to change the address of where your cartridges are sent to, you can visit my.mySutro and edit your information in the My Membership screen. If you have any other questions, you can email us at support@mysutro.com.
